Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the wpcsong.pages.dev website and the Csong Bot automation service (the "Service") operated independently by Avik Das ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein.

2. Description of the Service

Csong Bot provides a web-based interface and a backend WhatsApp bot integration that allows WhatsApp Channel administrators to generate single-use, account-locked tokens. These tokens are used to command the bot to fetch, process, and upload audio files directly to the user's specified WhatsApp Channel. The Service operates as an independent utility and is strictly not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms Inc.

3. Account Registration and Security

To utilize the token generation features of the Service, you must authenticate using a valid Google Account. You agree that the information you provide during authentication is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your account. You are strictly responsible for all activities that occur under your generated tokens.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to distribute, upload, or transmit any illegal, pirated, or unauthorized copyrighted material. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload to your channel.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, or interfere with the token verification system or backend servers.
• Generate tokens using automated scripts, scrapers, or botnets.
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or abusive content into the shared execution group.
• Resell, lease, or commercially exploit the free Service infrastructure.

5. Content Liability and Indemnification

We do not monitor, store, or take ownership of the audio files processed by the bot. The bot merely acts as a conduit transferring data from public internet sources directly to your WhatsApp Channel. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avik Das and the Csong Bot project from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the content you choose to distribute via your channel.

6. Advertising and Monetization

To maintain the server costs associated with processing high-quality audio files, the web interface (wpcsong.pages.dev) may display advertisements served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Your interaction with these ads is governed by the respective ad network's policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of channel access resulting from the use of the bot.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
