Terms of Service

By using csong.in and related Csong Bot tooling, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not sign in or generate tokens. These terms apply to the website, the token issuance flow, the public group path, and any documentation that points to this page.

Service description

Csong Bot provides a token issuance website and compatible bot flows so channel admins can request song (and similar media) uploads in a controlled way. You sign in with Google, generate a single-use command that includes a unique token, and send that command either to the public group or to a self-hosted bot you control. The service is offered free of charge on an as-is basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime, specific upload success rates, or continued availability of any third-party number or hosting provider.

Acceptable use

• Only generate tokens for channels you are authorised to administer. Do not request uploads into channels you do not control or for which you lack permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass single-use token checks, forge tokens, or abuse Firebase quotas or rate limits.
• Do not use the tool to distribute clearly infringing bulk content, malware, or material that violates WhatsApp’s terms or applicable law.
• Do not harass others through the public group, bot commands, or support channels.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades performance for other users or that violates the technical limits of the platform.

We may refuse service, invalidate tokens, or block accounts that repeatedly violate these rules or that create security or operational risk for other users.

Tokens and verification

Each generated token is intended for a single use. After the bot processes a valid command, the corresponding token is marked used and will be rejected on later attempts. You are responsible for keeping your generated commands private until they are used. Sharing a live unused token is equivalent to sharing the ability to trigger that upload request.

Self-hosted bots

If you connect your own number via third-party hosting instructions (including spider-md.zone.id or similar), you are solely responsible for that number, session security, uptime of your host, and compliance with WhatsApp’s terms. The website only issues tokens; it does not operate, monitor, or guarantee your private server or session. Loss of a self-hosted session, ban of a self-hosted number, or misconfiguration of a self-hosted bot is outside the scope of the website’s responsibility.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, documentation, original article content, and the Csong Bot name belong to Avik D. / Csong Bot. You may not copy the site design or documentation for a competing product without permission. Channel content you publish remains your responsibility; the tool does not claim ownership of songs or media you request to upload.

Disclaimer of warranties

The tool is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site or bot will be available at any particular time, that every token will result in a successful upload, or that the service will meet your specific operational needs. WhatsApp’s platform rules, network conditions, and third-party hosting behaviour can all affect outcomes beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avik D. and Csong Bot are not liable for channel bans, lost follows, failed uploads, data loss, third-party actions by WhatsApp or rights holders, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Use professional judgement for copyright-sensitive material. If you are unsure whether a particular upload is lawful, do not request it.

Changes to the service and terms

We may update features, retire paths, or change these terms. Material changes to the terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service.
