• Service Execution Data: To perform the core function of the bot, we temporarily store the WhatsApp Channel link and the song name or YouTube link you submit. This is linked to a one-time encrypted token.
• Log Files and Analytics: Like all standard web hosting servers, our infrastructure logs standard non-personally identifiable information. This includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and the number of clicks. This information is used for analyzing trends, administering the site, and tracking user movement on the website for performance optimization.

2. Use of Cookies and Web Beacons

Csong Bot utilizes "cookies" and HTML5 Local Storage. These mechanisms are used to store information including visitor preferences (such as Light/Dark mode themes), cookie consent status, and active login sessions to prevent you from having to log in repeatedly.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to outside parties for marketing purposes.
